My kind of training
My programmes take learners from self-discovery (what’s my starting point and context?), through setting their development agenda (what do I want to change?), to implementation (how will I close the gap?).
Along the way, my learners grow in confidence: make better choices, work to their strengths, approach problems creatively, and tap into personal resources and external support.
My training enables deep learning, which occurs in the stretch area of comfort zones. It is at its most effective when there is a balance between challenge and support, and when it is conducted in a safe and confidential learning environment.
There is no one-size-fits-all (because it rarely does).
The point of balance is different for each individual, so participants on my programmes experience a range of exercises and practical tools. This puts them in a better position to decide what might work best for them, and take control of their own development.
Learners engage with different perspectives, draw on personal insights, and create an individual plan of action; taking into account their own motivations, learning preferences, context, and goals.
I specialise in the way individuals understand themselves and relate to others, so topics fall broadly into two themes. Here are some examples:

How I create a unique (and memorable) experience for your people
We start with a conversation focusing on what you want to achieve for the individuals, and for the organisation. Together, we explore your desired outcomes and options to make sure the programme fits into the broader context for you and your participants.
I then design a bespoke programme, and deliver it in a way that works for you and your leaners: face-to-face, videoconferencing, e-learning, group coaching, or a combination / blended learning approach.
